We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Cou Cou pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates must be returned with all tags attached and no signs of wear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original Cou Cou packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
